Just before the end of last year, we released our most technological trail racing shoe to date, the Ultra Carbon RC. Feedback from our athletes has always been essential to us. This time, we wanted to go a step further by developing a running shoe specifically for the Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run (WSER) with and for ultra runner Cody Lind. "A 100 miles takes a huge toll on the human body" and for his second WSER in 2022, Cody felt like he needed "a little more shoe" for 100-miles (170km) compared to 100km races. Testing the shoe extensively in his training, giving feedback and collaborating closely with our development team really shaped the product.
